Love like Knowey...

Knowey is my doggie for those of you who don't know. Knowey is the cutest sweetest doggie [followed by Willow and Shadow, Katie! :)] [and Lucy, Josh! :)] Anyway... Knowey is the sweetest doggie...

I was thinking today how much Knowey loves me. She sleeps in my bed with me no matter how I'm feeling. She doesn't try to run away from me when I'm sick. Knowey is not scared to see me first thing in the morning without my makeup and my messy crazy hair! Knowey is always willing to play with me and hug me [yes, she gives hugs!] Knowey loves me unconditionally. If I get mad at her or step on her she always apologizes or lets me know she is ok. If Knowey were a person she would be one of my bestest friends in the whole world. She is sitting in my lap as I type this begging me to pet her on the head.

My point is that very seldom do you find a person who loves you as much as your dog. People realize when you mess up and do or say something stupid or out of line... Dogs forgive you.

Best friends forgive you too...

It is very rare for a person to have more than one best friend... I was blessed with two. My whole entire life I have never gotten into a fight with either one of my friends. If we get into an argument it is always a very very small one and is resolved within minutes.
The two people I am talking about know who they are- Katie and Josh.

I have known both of you guys since I was in kindergarten. Can you believe we graduate next year? I can't... it seems like just yesterday we were getting in trouble as we were walking to the lunchroom and talking to each other despite our fingers over our mouths...

I love you guys. I love you like Knowey loves me. And I know that you both love me like Knowey loves me... you have proven that time and time again. Thank you for everything. I don't know what I would do without either one of you.

Katie- we have been through some crap... I don't care what it is/was/or will be we will make it. We WILL use big words to ward off the crappy dates we do not want anything to do with. Forever will we laugh about the GIANT GOLDEN COAT RACK and nobody will get it but us. You are my best friend. Thank you for returning that friendship. I will be your bestest friend forever. When we are old ladies in the nursing home we will steal old ladies' heating blankets and take off with them in our electric wheelchairs to put them in someone elses room :) Yes, it sounds mean, but we will laugh about it until our abdomens are on fire!

Josh- why didn't I give you a chance sooner? You are one of the few guys who is this understanding and loving. I don't think I can ever make you mad at me... you always make me smile when I'm mad at you, so we don't have to worry about that. Thank you for being who you are and loving me like you do. I don't know what I would do without you. You always make me smile. We will forever make commentary to movies to make them funnier... then I will go back and see them with Katie to see the good parts I missed ;) I love you!

If it weren't for the two of you I would not have made it through this past year...
I love you guys more than you will ever know.

I'm done now... My moment is over.
